Air France pleasant journey

I sent the following message to the customer services department of Air France, in regards to our recent flight with them:

My wife and I wanted to compliment the high quality of all aspects of our recent flight from Paris to Tokyo (AF272, 1/10/2008, economy class). The meal was the best in-flight one I’ve had (with 20+ years’ travelling experience); I particularly appreciated the offer of champagne, which brings a sense of specialness to the journey. The entire flight was a pleasure, and we will certainly seek out Air France for our future voyages. (Only regret was that our return was with KLM, your partner airline; flight and services were okay, but nothing “to write home about”.)
