Help! Northern Ireland needs snowploughs

I always marvel at how a skiff of snow can shut down the supposedly
metropolitan city of Belfast. Last night about 2-6 inches of snow fell
in the surrounding area. I can appreciate the science of gritting, but
where on earth are the snowploughs? In the 2 1/2 hours it took me to
drive the 8 miles into work today, I saw none, not even driving in the
other direction.

I call on all those with outrageously oversized 4x4s to attach a snowplough to help clear the path for the rest of us!
